Does Weil engage in diverse hiring?

What does Weil’s interview process entail?

Students invited to interview at Weil—whether through direct application or after an on-campus interview—will generally meet with four attorneys. We currently offer students the choice to interview in-person at one of our offices or remotely via Zoom. Following the interview, feedback is collected and shared with the Firm’s Hiring Committee. We aim to make offer decisions as quickly as possible.
