Flexible work-from-home policy, ability to take on more work if ambitious, or avoid taking on more work if balancing life/family.

Downers

No workflow management, salary is under market, no bonus unless you hit a minimum number of hours. No real dedicated training/development.

Advice to Candidates

Understand that you'll need to aggressively seek out work as a junior associate. Ask around and ask everyone, even partners you've never met before. Try to get a diverse exposure to many different practice areas and groups.
