Each law firm’s Diversity Survey responses are also published in the Law Firm Diversity Database. The database currently includes ten years of survey data and information on more than 250 law firms. Through this online tool, you can make side-by-side comparisons of diversity metrics, gauge firms’ progress over time, and measure their performance against industry-wide benchmarks. Open to participation by any law firm with offices in the United States, the Vault/MCCA Law Firm Diversity Survey has become the industry standard for tracking law firm efforts to increase diversity within the profession.
