Job Simulations. We offer potential recruits free Job Simulations across multiple transactional and litigation practice areas. These programs demystify the world of Big Law by allowing participants to immerse themselves in hypothetical legal transactions. These simulations are especially enriching for first-generation professionals who may not have had previous exposure to the legal industry.
Summer Program. Latham's summer program gives you a sense of life as a junior associate at the firm. As a summer associate, you will participate in the firm's Unassigned Program, have an assigned mentor, network and build long-lasting relationships. You will also attend Summer Academy—a highlight of the firm's summer program—where you will join Latham summer associates from across the globe.
Pathways Program: 1L and 2L Diversity Scholars: All law students are encouraged to apply to our Pathways Program, which supports students through law school while relieving some of the financial pressure as they begin their legal careers. Through Pathways, we select first- and second-year US law students who have a demonstrated commitment to promoting inclusion, equity, and belonging in the legal profession to be Diversity Scholars.
Student Diversity Leadership Academy.
