Rooted in Sunshine
Forty years ago, Kelley Kronenberg opened its doors, when a trio of lawyers—Bud Adams, Charles Kelley and Steven Kronenberg—set down roots in Coconut Grove, Florida. Over the next three decades, the firm continued to expand throughout the Sunshine state. In 2011, the firm opened its first office outside of Florida with the introduction of its Chicago office. With ten offices throughout Florida, though, Kelley Kronenberg remains a major player in the Florida legal market. And in 2020, the firm opened a new office in New Orleans. The firm has been named has been named a “Business of the Year” finalist by the South Florida Business Journal, a “Top Workplace” by the Sun Sentinel, and among South Florida Business & Wealth’s “Top 100 South Florida Law Firms.”
Kelley Kronenberg’s growth over the past four decades is supported by its broad practice offerings. The firm works across myriad industries, including banking and financial services, construction, health care, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, professional services, retail, and transportation.
Among the firm’s strengths is its work in the insurance industry. The firm’s lawyers handle insurance defense matters relating to property claims, such as burglary and theft, fire, hurricanes, mold, and more; fraud; uninsured and underinsured motorists; coverage disputes, and bad faith. The firm is a frequent presenter at the Annual Windstorm (WIND) Conference. Kelley Kronenberg lawyers also defend clients when it comes to third party claims, including automotive liability, construction defects, coverage actions, premises liability, products liability, and more.
