Our Survey Says
“The summer experience is very structured and contains mostly individual research projects and memorandum writing. The experience in practice also contains research and memoranda, but much more. The primary difference between the summer experience and practice is the timeframe in which assignments must be completed and working on direct tasks for litigation, such as briefs, motions, deposition outlines, etc.”
