About Gresham Savage

Centenarian California law firm Gresham Savage has offices throughout the Golden state with a headquarter in San Bernardino and two others in San Diego and Los Angeles. Gresham Savage has relentlessly been growing its business, litigation, real estate, environmental, and land use practices over the past 105 years, a factor that has helped the firm maintain long-term client relationships, some of which go back as far as 70 years. The firm represents local and regional clients and large Fortune 500 companies such as Papa John's, 7-Eleven, Wells Fargo and Dell.

Million Dollar Baby

Even outside of the courtroom, Gresham Savage’s litigation team is hard at work. In 2015, the group recovered a total of $2.3 million jury verdict and an addition $1 million in attorney’s fees and costs. In just the same year, the litigation attorneys obtained a $21 million judgement involving a multi-national tenant in a complex breach of contract dispute.

From Seminars to Awards

Gresham Savage attorneys are active in all aspects of their practice areas, regularly visiting conferences and speaking at seminars, such as the 2015 National Business Institute seminar titled “Water Rights in California” and the 2016 Association of Environmental Professionals’’ Advanced CEQA Workshop. In 2016, three Gresham Savage attorneys were included on the San Diego Business Journal’s 2016 “Best of the Bar” list and one attorney was named a “South California Super Lawyer.” In 2017, the firm’s Jerome A Grossman was listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
