About Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP
Bingham Greenebaum Doll is expected combine with Dentons effective January 2020.
Based in Indianapolis, with six offices across Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio, Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is a full-service firm that has had an eye on its clients’ business prospects for over a century.
History is Made of Mergers
One of the firms that eventually became Bingham Greenebaum Doll was founded in 1914 as the solo practice of James E. Bingham in Indianapolis. The other, Greenebaum and Barnett, was opened in Louisville, KY, in 1952. Each firm underwent a series of mergers and name changes, the most important of which occurred in 2012, resulting in the firm’s current form. The merger was described as a “true merger”—one that acknowledges the successes of its predecessors. On October 8, 2019, Bingham Greenebaum Doll (BGD) announced that the firm is combining with Dentons. The merger is expected to launch in January 2020.
