About Arnall Golden Gregory LLP
Serving Atlanta-based and national corporate legal needs, Arnall Golden Gregory has a solid reputation as a general practice business firm, serving clients across a range of industries.
In 1949, three of the South's more accomplished attorneys founded Arnall Golden Gregory. The trio consisted of Ellis Arnall, a successful litigator who served as state attorney general and governor of Georgia before founding the firm, Cleburne Gregory, an assistant attorney general under then-Governor Arnall, and Sol Golden, an expert in corporate financing.
In 2010, after six decades of Atlanta law, the firm opened an outpost in Washington, DC. According to the firm, the location would enable its attorneys to guide clients through new regulations stemming from DC, particularly in the health care, life sciences, financial services, real estate, technology, telecommunications, energy, manufacturing and international trade fields.
