Can I start working for Allen & Overy in any of its offices?
As an international firm, Allen & Overy encourages attorneys to work in other offices around the world. We run parallel summer associate programs in our New York, London, Washington, D.C., and Hong Kong offices. First year associates can start their careers directly to Hong Kong or London. U.S. trained lawyers have many opportunities to see the world working on a variety of deals.

Allen & Overy holds weekly U.S. Law training sessions/presentations in Hong Kong, London, New York, and Washington, D.C. which are CLE-accredited.
We also offer a host of firm-wide presentations and lectures by top law professionals, bi-weekly group meetings (where associates give 45-minute presentations), regular two-hour training sessions in derivatives and securities law with partners, language tutorials, courses on topics such as public speaking and financial statement analysis, and a four-week long finance immersion course. In addition to this, we also offer departmental away-days and corporate retreats.
