Management provided opportunities for growth prior to hire of new senior managers where afterward not hiring from withinDowners
No opportunity for growth from within as looking only to promote from outside the organization. No motivational at all for those employees that have been performing and building skillsets. Therefore, forcing employees including managers to leave for promotional opportunity.Advice to Candidates
Good overall organization but you should focus on building your skillset as moving up will be difficult. Take all the free courses you can.
