Mergers and Acquisitions
In late 2019, Asurion acquired Orlando, Florida-headquartered uBreakiFix, which has 534 locations across the US and Canada. Partnered with Google and Samsung, uBreakiFix provides official repairs using OEM parts for Google and Samsung phones. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
