About 10th Circuit Court

The president's cabinet of top officials is chosen by the President, conditional upon the US Senate's approval. Besides the various departments led by Secretaries, other agencies such as the Office of Management and Budget, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the Council of Economic Advisers report to the President. In case of the President's death, the Vice President succeeds to the office.
