TSP has a very strong brand in the industry which attracts some very bright people. The firm is highly entrepreneurial.

The company's advancement process has no transparency. This results in the company being a revolving door of employees from middle-management and down. Many employees do not last more than 2 years and leave to pursue better opportunities in the industry.
Advice to Candidates
There is neither training development nor mentoring at TSP which requires that you develop your own technical skills and be self-driven to succeed. Before joining the firm, make sure you have an understanding of financial modeling and possess some basic Argus skills.
