Obsolete in technology and management. Lack of talent, very worrying lack of talent. Senior people gained their positions during booming years and the company follows they outdated approach. They are extremelly fresh talent-averse, just to protect their confortable positions.Advice to Candidates
Dont expect a fancy, sexy work life. Its boring, hierarchical and the industry is heavily regulated. It provides a good means of living both in personal and economic terms notwithstanding.
