Internship Program
Pega’s internship program is the perfect platform to help students transition their academic knowledge into a successful professional career. Pega pushes great students to be better, encourages them to take on the biggest challenges, and believes that great ideas can come from anyone or anywhere, irrespective of hierarchy or location.

The purpose of Pega's internships are to provide students with the opportunity to gain valuable business skills, work on real-time, impactful initiatives, and collaborate on a global scale, all while earning a competitive compensation. Pega brings in students from around the globe – from Cambridge to Krakow – and across different functions – like Engineering to Marketing – to provide an impactful experience with mentoring, certifications and other development opportunities.


  • Must be enrolled in a university of the duration of the internship, to be eligible to participate in our internship program
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Drive for continuous learning and development
