3.5 out of 5 Stars
RJ Investment Banking has grown tremendously in the past few years. Smart and driven senior bankers. In some sectors, it competes directly with bulge bracket banks on deals. The culture is great, as is the deal flow and exposure. For juniors, the private equity exit opportunities have been solid. Juniors can dress pretty casually and can work from home at night and on weekends.Downers
RJ Investment Banking varies drastically from group to group. Most of the offices are outdated, and the technology is severely behind. Very little back-office support. Hours can be very rough, depending on group.Advice to Candidates
Raymond James Investment Banking can be a great place to work, depending on the group. Its peers include Jefferies, Houlihan Lokey, William Blair, Harris Williams, and Robert Baird.
