The brand name and the relationship built with some very interesting clients.Downers
Way too much admin work for a sales role despite having an assistant. Very poor training. Poor feedback from line manager on how to improve weaknesses. Too many compliance departments and low coordination between them, so you will likely have to give the same information more than once.Advice to Candidates
Negotiate your pay. They will low-ball you. Be ready to have to ask clients very uncomfortable questions. If you're looking for good training, you might want to reconsider.
