Interview Process Review

The candidate should expect multiple touchpoints throughout the recruiting process. Depending on the level, the candidate will meet informally with a handful of junior team members before receiving an invite for a set of meetings in the office, which may then lead to a superday with senior team members. Strong analytic skills are expected of all candidates and therefore the emphasis is on team fit.
