Sustainability Goal 3 - Good health and well-being

Our people make the difference - so our investment into them is paramount. We strive to contribute to the well-being of those outside of our organisation.

In addition to medical insurance, bankers receive unlimited vacation days and paid time off for parental leave among other benefits. The firm also provides “Friends and Family Week” each December to affirm the firm’s commitment to work/life balance and personal time.

The well-being of our employees is our top priority and we continue to explore ways to ensure the physical, emotional and mental needs of our teams are met.

Sustainability Goal 10 - Reduced inequalities

In addressing inclusion and diversity, we strive to reduce inequalities in our industry.

DC Advisory’s International Inclusion & Diversity Committee is responsible for driving real change in this area across each local business. DC also sponsors DC Rose, an international network for LGBTQ+ employees & allies. The firm host events for women in finance and programs to discuss reducing gender, racial and socio-economic inequalities in our industry.

To ensure our continued DC difference, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint in our offices as swiftly as possible.
