Blaine Larsen Farms harvests crops that will feed people and animals. The company, better known as Larsen Farms, grows, packs, and distributes potatoes under the Larsen Farms brand. It is one of the largest potato growers in the US and operates its potato farms and related facilities in Idaho, Colorado, and Nebraska. It serves retail and foodservice customers worldwide. The company also makes processed potato products (crushed, diced, dehydrated, flaked, and sliced), which it supplies to food manufacturers (including snack giant, Frito-Lay, and Pringles maker, Procter & Gamble). Larsen also grows alfalfa hay and sells it to livestock farmers as feed.
