Operations

MSL organizes its work into seven communication practices: Consumer Marketing, Crisis and Issues Management, Employee, Financial Communications, Public Affairs, Reputation Management and Corporate Communications, and Social Purpose and Sustainability. Strategy

In August 2020, the company announced the launch of its globally-renowned Public Relations and Integrated Communications agency MSL, in Ukraine. Supporting the company's growth strategy and further strengthening its presence in Europe, the MSL Ukraine team will help empower brands through holistic communication strategies using the Power of One and influencer marketing communication. With the introduction of a new global MSL tool – Fluency – MSL Ukraine will offer the most comprehensive and tailor-made influencer engagement campaigns and activations.

In that same month, the company launched its PR and integrated communications services in New Zealand. MSL New Zealand will offer a full suite of communications services with particular expertise in Corporate Communications and Reputation Management, Crisis Management, Media Relations, Consumer PR and Social Media. The launch of MSL New Zealand follows the acquisition of MBM and Affinity ID by Publicis Groupe last year, further evidencing the Groupe's commitment to the New Zealand market.
