Financial Performance

Jack Morton is part of its parent company's Constituency Management Group (CMG) segment, which accounted for 19% of Interpublic's revenues in 2013. CMG revenues increased by $99 million over 2012, primarily as the result of client wins and higher spending from existing clients across all disciplines (especially in events marketing and public relations businesses).

Strategy

The company focuses on expanding globally. It has opened new offices in Dusseldorf, Germany, and Seoul, South Korea, and built a new affiliation with Brazil-based agency, Mark Up. In Brazil, Jack Morton has entered into an exclusive affiliation with Mark Up (whose clients include Mars and Avon) to support existing and new clients throughout Brazil and South America. In 2014 Jack Morton opened a new office in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Mergers and Acquisitions

In 2014 the company acquired Genuine Interactive, a digital, mobile, and social firm based in Boston.
