The firm is consists of several small mergers across the country. Toxic small work environments become the brand of UHY. Upper management are power hungry with great egos. It's difficult for employees to get help, learn and train.Advice to Candidates
For entry level employees, don't bother as you won't learn more and won't be cared for. Seniors have no say on managing styles. Managers and upper management only care for themselves. HR only helps the management. I've experienced management yelling at employees, a manager threw a paper at me once while cursing, managers spread rumors about other employees.
