Interview Process

we are very competitive, but we still can not compete with the big 4 firm at the entry level position. We constantly have to recruit from the outlier pool, rather than the best and the brightest from the area's universities. Becasue we offer such a unique job in Washington DC, the nations captial, we should expand our horizons to larger out of state universities that have exceptional accouting programs, and that way we might better to compete with the Big 4 firms. Why not recruit from: / / University of Virginia / Lehigh University / Penn State University / University of Michigan / New York University / Bentley College, outside Boston / Northwestern University / and other schools that have exceptional accounting program, and that address and recognize not for profit organizations. /
