On July 14, 1789, King Louis XVI wrote in his diary, "Nothing."  According to a recent Altman Weil survey, some of that blinkered spirit lives on in large law firms' partnership ranks, regardless of dramatically altered client demands. 

Today, even though not everyone in BigLaw may be interested in change,  change is surely interested in BigLaw.
