Liz Colodny

Liz has over 25 years of organizational experience in talent acquisition, human resource consulting and career transition coaching. She has been relied upon by senior executives to lead staffing and recruitment at the VP/Director levels in financial services, professional and information services, manufacturing and the non-profit sector.

Liz has developed and led campus recruitment & development programs, mid-career and executive hiring, and recruited for virtually every functional area, from engineering to marketing. Her academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in humanities from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School.

Connie Thanasoulis-Cerrachio

Connie, a career coach, writer, speaker, Gen Y expert and co-founder of SixFigureStart®, has a 25-year career with leading Fortune 500 companies, including Merrill Lynch, Pfizer and Citigroup. Most recently, Connie was Chief Operating Officer for Merrill Lynch Campus Recruiting. Connie and her partner, Caroline, deliver teleseminars to Vault clients on vital components of the job search. Deborah Flack

Deborah is a career consultant and coach credentialed as a professional/degreed accountant with experience in the public accounting, insurance and financial services industries. She has a history of successfully leading the way for process improvements aligned with key organizational initiatives, including performance and talent management.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Deborah worked at a global insurance industry leader in finance and in corporate development / human resources. She reviewed processes and incentives to business travel and insurance. She then moved to a senior role facilitating organization-wide strategic planning and development. As a strategic HR business partner, Deborah led key initiatives that included employee coaching and career planning programs.

Susan Gannon

Susan has over 25 years of career coaching and human resources experience. She has provided consulting services to clients in trading, consumer products, nonprofit, telecommunications and film. As a coach, she has worked with college students, professionals and executives. She led college recruitment for a larger consumer products company and has demonstrated an ability to attract, select and hire exceptional talent.

Susan has written successful resumes for a wide variety of functions and industries and specializes in working with people in transition.

Pete Mockaitis

Pete is an author, coach and speaker whose work has enriched Fortune 100 corporations, high-growth startups, major nonprofits, and thousands of individuals. His passion for developing people started early when he authored his first book while still a student at the University of Illinois.

Pete holds degrees magna cum laude in organizational administration, finance and technology and management. Prior to starting his own business, Pete consulted at acclaimed firms Bain & Company and The Bridgespan Group. He’s also certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) practitioner, blogger, and personal development dork.
