The QA Engineer will test all software and systems, including open source and .Net development platforms. This includes designing automated test scripts, building verification tools, monitoring and taking note of any bugs and necessary fixes, and acting as a liaison between the business and technical departments to ensure updates and fixes. Candidates should be able to communicate clearly and have demonstrated problem-solving abilities. He/she should also be experienced in programming--VB.Net, C Sharp, or Java--and SQL. The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for sales plans for potential new customers. He/she will do this through the web, mailings, promotions, and multimedia and retail projects. He/she will also be responsible for writing ad copy and so should be strong communicators and copywriters. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Advertising, or a related field. Two years experience with writing responsibilities, steadfast writing and editing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask are all required. The Underwriter is responsible for underwriting residential loans. He/she will look-over loan documentation to ensure accuracy, works with the loan originator to gather all necessary documents, and may work with senior underwriters on loan exceptions. The Underwriter is able to withdraw or decline loans. Candidates should have three to five years of previous underwriting experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be a people person.
