If you're thinking of solving the unemployment crisis (most likely your own, if not for 9.8 percent of the country) by starting your own business, this is the week to get out and about in NYC and make some contacts. (Of course, they're all good to go to even if you're not thinking of branching out on your own--who knows where you'll connect with the right person to help you out with your search?)

Courtesy of amNewYork, then, here are this week's job fairs & events in and around NYC. Of course, if you do have a plan for a business that'll put 15 million jobs back into the economy, be sure to let us know so we can pass on the details!
