In the final game of GoingConcern's NCAA Tournament-like competition to determine the "coolest" accounting firm in America, New Jersey-headquartered Rothstein Kass knocked off Seattle-based Moss Adams.

The 14th-seed Rothstein Kass edged out the 8th-seed Moss Adams by a score of 52.6% to 47.4% (scoring was determined by reader vote; seeding for the tournament was determined by Vault's latest Accounting Rankings).

The victory completed RK's unlikely run to the title that also saw the firm plow through Deloitte, BDO, and McGladrey & Pullen.
