According to a recent Women at the Top (WATT) study, women now hold 17.4 percent (or 91) of the 523 executive positions at the largest 50 commercial banks in the U.S. This is a significant increase versus the 12.6 percent that women held six years ago. However, when looking at the very top positions at the same banks, the data isn't as impressive. Just 10 C-suite slots are currently held by women: 4 CFOs, 3 COOs, 2 CIOs, 1 CAO and 0 CEOs. (FINS)
