The makeup of the Congressional committee that will decide the fate of the financial regulation overhaul bill is expected to be chosen today. Meanwhile, everyone from the New York Times' Andrew Ross Sorkin to Cal Berkeley's Robert Reich continue to harp on the weaknesses of the bill. Of course, Bill himself is none too pleased that this is taking so long, as you can see:
