Rear View Mirror

These are good questions to consider at least every 6 months, but it is a rear view mirror approach to career search and professional development. A resume should also reflect your skill set and interests. It doesn't have to be directly, but a recruiter or manager should be able to tell exactly the direction the candidate's career is going based on the resume. Don't drive your career out of the rear view mirror.
