    Age on Resume?

I have read many books on how to write a winner resume and mentioning your age is a huge mistake.

    Yes, Age on Resume

You need to consider that age in your resume is usually expected and even REQUIRED in most Latin American countries. I'm pretty sure the books you've read (I can't believe you've read "many" books on a toping so boring) discuss American standards for the most part

    Know your target job market

Here in Germany, it is pretty much required to include your age marital status and chldren, if any, as well as a photo. It is slowly changing, but any resume without a photo or the aforementioned information will probably not get looked at.

If you are applying for a job, know what the resume standard are for the country in which you are applying.
