Tom Birmingham named VP of strategic client solutions at the Buller Group

International human capital consulting and recruitment firm the Buller Group has announced the addition of Tom Birmingham as its new vice president of strategic client solutions.

The Virginia-based company's founder Rob Buller said that Birmingham brings more than 30 years of experience in the human resources and consulting field.

"Our people are the key to our success, and Tom is no exception," Buller added. "As Vice President of Strategic Client Solutions, Tom will bring unmatched expertise to our team and to our clients, and we are absolutely thrilled to have him on board."

Buller is a global recruitment company that serves the national security sector, including executive search and outsourcing.

Prior to joining the Buller, Birmingham worked for major account development and relationship management for Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company. In his role at Futurestep, he also led global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and helped introduce the company into the federal marketplace.

Birmingham was also president of Venture Search Partners, where he was led searches at middle management to the C-suite for mid-market and "Global 1000" companies.
