Rose Business Solutions acquires ERP consultancy
TTD Enterprises is a consulting firm that primarily serves distribution and supply-chain clients using Microsoft Dynamics enterprise resource planning (ERP), which is a business management software that can be used in conjunction with other Microsoft technology to streamline business processes, according to the Microsoft website. TTD will continue to offer its clients the same services after the acquisition but can now do so using hosting and cloud services offered by Rose.
"TTD has a long-standing solid reputation in the Microsoft Dynamics Partner community. Our clients look to us to provide support in all time-zones and in all parts of the country, so having a strong mid-west presence will allow us to serve our customer base more timely and efficiently," Rose Business Solutions president and chief executive officer (CEO) Linda Rose said of her company's acquisition of the Chicago-based ERP firm.
Ed Cowen, chief executive officer (CEO) and founder of TTD Enterprise, also expressed satisfaction with the location of the other firm, adding that the acquisition will allow TTD to serve a broader range of customers.
