Real estate developer partners with consulting firm to assist universities
"Both our firms have development and consulting experience on university campuses but as a team, we are now combining our skills to specifically target university retail and mixed-use opportunities," said Susan Eastridge, chief executive officer of Concord Eastridge.
Bruce Leonard, managing principal of Streetsense, said that his firm is excited by the high-energy environment of college campuses and prospect of meeting the challenge of addressing the needs of a diverse client base.
Concord Eastridge primarily specializes in real estate development for universities, colleges, public organizations, nonprofits and others. Established in 2001, Streetsense is a consulting firm specializing in real estate development, retail and marketing. It has provided its services to more than 50 colleges and universities nationwide, and has served clients ranging from Starbucks to the federal government.
