Pursuant hires fundraising expert Lola Mauer to lead strategic planning team

Fundraising consulting firm Pursuant has announced the addition of Lola Mauer as a lead strategy consultant.

Mauer, who is a fundraising expert with 13 years experience, will direct strategy for client fundraising campaigns in the education, faith and human services sectors.

Pursuant chief executive officer (CEO) Trent Ricker said that Mauer will help non-profits with their long-term fundraising missions.

"For client engagements, Pursuant thoroughly evaluates relevant data and communications, which creates a framework for developing a holistic, multichannel fundraising strategy," Trent Ricker noted. "Lola will lead the integrated strategy development processes to identify each client's unique needs and to create efficient fundraising plans with immediate and long-term goals."

Prior to joining the Dallas-based company, Mauer worked as the director of annual giving at the University of South Carolina, and worked with Pursuant on the school's "Face of Y'ALL" campaign to help keep alumni involved in the college.

Founded in 1972, Pursuant was the first national company that focused on the fundraising needs of Christian based organizations. The company has since expanded its services to include a number of different branding divisions, including Pursuant Sports and KMA direct marketing.
