Panorama Consulting Group merges with TPG Solutions
Along with the merger comes a change of command. The company said Panorama Solutions will now be overseen by Eric Kimberling who will also serve as president and chairman of the board.
Calvin Hamler has been named the company's new chief executive officer (CEO) and chief financial officer (CFO). Portia Prescott has been named as a managing member of the privately held firm that specializes in information technology (IT) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) strategies.
Kimberling said the merger will broaden the company's services and help the firm continue growing within the consulting market.
"While Panorama’s focus will remain on ERP systems – including ERP software selection, ERP implementation and organizational change management consulting – we look forward to expanding our global footprint by adding IT staffing, software development and technology strategy to our list of service offerings," Kimberling added.
The Denver Colorado-based Panorama was founded in 2005 to help mid-size and large companies evaluate their ERP strategies.
