Pacific Crest Group and Filice Insurance enter strategic partnership
With the partnership, the two firms hope to provide businesses in the Bay Area of California with a single source for all their human resources consulting needs, including staffing, management and benefits. Franka Winchester, general partner and co-founder of Pacific Crest Group, said that her company had previously worked with Filice whenever a client has needed guidance on health insurance, retirement or some other benefits package. By working more closely with Filice thanks to this partnership, the two firms will be able to integrate more HR services.
"We are excited about supporting Pacific Crest Group’s HR and accounting practice with our expertise in health insurance and benefits packages," said Nina Gardner, J.D., an employee benefits consultant with Filice's office in San Rafael, California. "Filice specializes in creating custom insurance and benefits offerings for companies of all sizes, so pooling our experience with Pacific Crest Group should benefit all of our clients."
Last month, Pacific Crest announced a new web tool for small businesses seeking to improve the efficiency of their operations. The tool provided for access to tips, articles, a newsletter and client success stories.
