North Highland named one of best employers in Texas

Published on: February 16, 2011 | Post a Comment
According to a statewide survey conducted by Texas Monthly Magazine, global consulting firm North Highland is the best large company to work for in the state. The accolade placed Highland at the top of the magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas" list. The consulting firm has already been honored last year as of the "Best Firms to Work For."

"Being placed at the top of this prestigious list validates the culture we've worked hard to develop and practice within our global firm," said Scott Williams, vice president and office leader for North Highland's Dallas/Fort Worth office.

One of the reasons for the consulting company's consistently high-ranking is its unique business model - North Highland's 2,200 consultants are distributed across 48 international offices, and they work on projects with local clients, adding to employee satisfaction and engagement as well as better outcomes for the clients themselves.

"Anyone who's worked for a global consulting firm knows how unique and preferable this model is for reaching a high level of employee satisfaction and retaining a high caliber, in-demand workforce," said Albert Rees, vice president and office leader for North Highland's Houston office.
