Method Frameworks debuts new planning accelerator
The company said its new "Operational Planning Accelerator" is a short-term concentrated system that includes facilitated workshops and report recommendations and assignment suggestions.
Method Frameworks President Joe Evans said the accelerator is designed for companies that already have a strategic or managing plan to help fine tune and administer procedures.
"We set out to create a program that would refocus and re-energize executives toward improving the execution of their strategic plans while at the same time present minimal intrusion to the executives available management time," Evans noted.
The time commitment for the program is typically two weeks and includes accountability and performance reviews and executive planning seminars. The accelerator will then deliver a list of recommendations to help ensure a company is keeping in line with its planning expectations.
The Texas-based Method Frameworks provides consulting services across a broad range of industries. The company is best known for the implementation of its proprietary Plan4 planning process, which focuses on key strategy outcomes.
