McGhee Productivity names Danny Bader as new executive consultant
Bader, who is also a Hudson Institute certified coach, will be based out of the company's Philadelphia office to help sell and facilitate McGhee's consulting and training programs in the Northeast region.
The company's portfolio of offerings includes the "Take Back Your Life" program and the "Objective Accountability Program," as well as one-on-one executive coaching. Founded in 2003, McGhee's clients include HJ Heinz, the Ericsson Corporation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and is currently in the process of becoming a Certified Women-Owned Business.
Bader said he looks forward to implementing the McGhee philosophy.
"There's a vital need in organizations for people to increase their focus and to make certain that focus is placed on the right things," Bader added. "McGhee's approach is solid. It works from both the top down -- helping leaders develop a strong vision, and from the bottom up -- helping the people of the organization gain greater levels of control and focus."
Before joining McGhee, Bader was a career coach for one of the world's largest credit card issuers, MBNA. He most recently worked at the global consulting firm of the David Allen Company.
