Evolution Marketing Research showed strong growth in 2011

Pharmaceutical consulting firm Evolution Marketing Research has announced that the company has exceeded its financial expectations for 2010.

The marketing and research consulting firm said that overall sales revenues grew by 11 percent to $12.5 million last year.

Principal Jim Cummings said the Pennsylvania-based company also passed a number of key objectives for last year due to its capabilities to keep up with client demand.

"In what has been a difficult period for the industry over the past several years, we have consistently grown and expanded our capabilities to meet the needs of our clients. This past year we expanded our reach in both the core developed and emerging global markets," Cummings added. "We believe that consistent growth, especially during these times, is a testament to both the professional competence of the organization and the faith of our clients."

Staffing at the company also grew last year. The company said it hired a number of new professional researchers and support personal across all levels.

Evolution is a full-service healthcare consulting and marketing firm that works with pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies to develop brand strategies in the development and post-launch stages.
