Dehaier Medical Systems retains investor relations consulting firm
Ping Chen, chief executive officer (CEO) of Dehaier, said that 2010 was a record year for his firm, and it wishes to improve relations with the investor community, as it expects similar performance through this year.
"TPG has a sterling reputation, an expert team and a proven track record of providing value for emerging companies. We believe TPG is an ideal partner as we work toward the next level of growth, and look forward to working with the team," Chen said.
According to Brandi Piacente, president of TPG, Dehaier is positioned in the fast-growing market of medical devices in China.
"We are excited to be working with Dehaier's executive team to develop and implement a proactive strategic communications and investor relations program aimed at raising visibility on Wall Street and maximizing shareholder value," she said.
TPG reportedly has offices in New York, California and Beijing.
