DecisionWise expands Utah operations

Management consulting agency DecisionWise has announced that it has purchased a new building to help accommodate anticipated growth as it seeks to bring additional new hires on board.

The company said that the new building on State Street in Provo will by nearly 2.5 times bigger than their previous corporate headquarters with additional work space and meeting space.

DecisionWise chief executive officer (CEO) Dr. Tracy Maylett said the move will help the company provide centralized services while increasing visibility and accessibility.

"This expansion will allow us to accommodate our growth in team members, technology and additional clients," Maylett continued. "In adding production space for survey processing, as well additional conference, webcast, and coaching facilities, we are better poised to facilitate our unprecedented growth in assessment and consulting services."

Founded in 1992, the privately-owned company specializes in performance management consulting to associates who work in more than 30 countries and in 23 different languages including large Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and non-profit organizations. Its services include leadership coaching, employment training and feedback, talent assessment and customized employee engagement surveys.
