Constellation Asset Advisors announces strategic partnership with MD Capital Advisors
The partnership reportedly represents the next growth stage planned for CAA, which involves a transition to serving firms ranging from dynamic and small to mid-sized. MD Capital reportedly represents a diverse portfolio of clients that wish to have access to public equity markets to raise capital.
"The partnership with MD Capital dramatically increases our network of resources for our existing clients and partners ... Their access to industry leaders as well as exciting emerging healthcare companies has been demonstrated over the years. We look forward to working with MD Capital in the future and pooling our combined vast resources," said Jens Dalsgaard, president of CAA.
According to Derek Cahill, principal of MD Capital, many companies can no longer access capital through traditional venture capital (VCs), banks and private investment. He said that MD's healthcare clients will benefit greatly from being able to work with CAA in the future.
