CTC acquires healthcare consulting firm Coremotive
CTC's president, Edward J. Sheehan Jr., said the acquisition will help the company move into the healthcare marketplace by offering more products and services to its clients.
"As a healthcare-only firm with extensive expertise in both process optimization and technology services, Coremotive used a unique, holistic approach to driving improvements in healthcare," Sheehan added. "This timely acquisition increases our healthcare expertise and client relationships and brings additional subject-matter experts who are dedicated to providing innovative, patient-focused solutions at a critical time in the healthcare industry."
Founded in 1987, Concurrent is a non-profit research and development agency with public sector clients, including the Department of Defense.
Coremotive is a provider of management and consulting services to the private healthcare industry to improve patient care and efficiency, as well as help reduce costs.
EVC's acquisition of Coremotive also includes a healthcare vertical partner agreement with Microsoft to provide customized technologies and solutions to healthcare organizations.
