Burwood Group launches business management apps for iPad
According to the Pantagraph, the information technology firm says that its Strategy Architect app allows business leaders from small and large enterprises to create strategies and execution plans in a visually appealing format on the iPad screen, and to easily communicate this business strategy plan across the company. Burwood has also launched a version of this app specific to the healthcare industry, according to the news provider.
"[Strategy Architect] is the first true business application that takes full advantage of the power and portability of the iPad," said Jeff Hartweg, vice president of consulting at Burwood and one of the developers of the app.
Headquartered in downtown Chicago, Burwood Group was founded in 1997 by Mark Theoharous, the current president of the company, according to the company's website. It reportedly serves local, national and international clients, and the information technology firm says that 70 percent of its annual work is with repeat clients.
