Blue Rooster to open New York office
The new location is hoped to allow the company to better serve its East Coast clients, and is reportedly set to open in spring 2011.
In addition to the new office, Blue Rooster, which has grown in size to include 30 full-time employees and 20 contractors, has recently announced the hiring of William ‘Kip’ Wagner as vice president of sales, North America. Wagner previously served as Aditi Technologies’ vice president of sales for the East Coast before coming to Blue Rooster, and his joining the company is planned to be the first of many such strategic hires in 2011, the company says.
"This is an exciting period of momentum for Blue Rooster and the timing is perfect for us to both open a New York office and to bring aboard a leader of Kip Wagner’s caliber," said Kevin Conroy, Blue Rooster founder and president.
Blue Rooster develops interactive internal and external-facing websites for large corporations using its expertise in Microsoft’s SharePoint platform, which allows for the set-up of websites that allow information sharing and start-to-finish document management, according to the Microsoft website.
